First stop
The visit begins outdoors — among our Novoselska Gamza, own-rooted vines of a kind that is rare in Europe. We will tell you how we care for them through the year and why grapes ripen slowly here.
In the cellar
Second stop
We continue to the cellar in the village itself. This is where the grapes become wine, where it matures and where it is bottled — without ever leaving Florentin.
At the table
The finale
We finish with a glass in hand. You taste the wines of the portfolio while we tell you how each one came to be. You can also take the wines home with you.

- We welcome guests by prior arrangement only — so every visit is personal
- We speak Bulgarian and English
- Part of the visit is outdoors — comfortable shoes are a good idea
- Children are welcome, but the tasting itself is for adults only
- If you are driving, let us know — we will prepare an alcohol-free programme for you
- The winery is in Florentin, 18 km from Vidin on the Vidin – Bregovo road
