The site has no forms and collects no personal data. We only process the data you choose to send us by email or tell us by phone — usually your name, email, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to carry out what we agree — a visit, an order or an event. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and performing a contract, and for accounting records, a legal obligation.

4. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed for its purpose, and accounting records for the periods required by law.

Data may be shared only where necessary: with a courier (for delivery), our email provider and our accountants. We never sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
