These terms govern the use of https://chateauflorentina.com. The site is informational — it presents the winery, our wines and the experiences we offer. No sales take place through the site and no data is collected through forms.

The site and our products are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited.

4. Enquiries, orders and visits

Enquiries about wine, visits, tastings and events are made by email or phone. The terms of each order or visit are agreed individually and confirmed explicitly by the winery. An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order or booking.

5. Prices

Prices are provided individually in reply to an enquiry and are quoted in euro (€), including VAT.

The texts, logo and the Château Florentina brand belong to Chateau Florentina EOOD. They may not be used without written consent.

7. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, consumers may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Changes

The winery may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page. In case of discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.
